So my dogs were just introduced to a new tasty chew: bully sticks.
I have no idea why they were such a big hit seeing as they’re smelly and made from.. well, you don’t want to know.
But the dogs loved them.
Especially Petal. When I gave them their usual pressed bones this evening, Ella and Lassie happily settled down to chew, but Petal was less than impressed. She threw her bone at my feet, made eye contact with me and barked. It took a lot of convincing to get her to chew on it even though it wasn’t a bully stick like she wanted. And she would only chew on it for a few minutes at a time before she’d stop and complain again.
I guess these pressed bones just aren’t going to cut it now that she’s had bully sticks.
