Not gonna lie, I really love our black and whites this Sunday. They’re dark and dramatic looking, like they belong in the opening of a black and white crime show. One were a sweet little collie is actually a big tough detective.
Bad guys, beware. ;P
The first photo I thought was just “okay” before (I shoot in color and then use Photoshop to make them black and white), the lighting around Petal’s face was cool, but the color was not. Make it black and white and it became an entirely new photo that I actually love.
Gotta love black and white. 😉

We don’t usually participate in the black and white Sundays, but this week I liked the black and white version of our picture even more than the color. It’s funny when that happens.
Petal looks great in these two pictures! But the first is very dramatic looking!

Those are some great shots. Don’t you love how different turning a color photo into black and white changes them. I have taken several that are just okay in color, but get that wow factor in b&w. I love these, and they are very dramatic. I would watch Petal’s detective show!
