#ShareGratitude for You

Today, on day six of Share Gratitude week, I want to take a moment to thank someone I appreciate and care about.

If you’re reading this post right now and/or have read any of my other blog posts or Tweets or Facebook updates or Instagrams, please know that I am sincerely grateful. Yes it’s true that when I first began blogging it was for me. It was something I did only for myself as a way to document memories of my dogs. And it mostly still is that way. Yes I often dreamt of gaining a following and regular readers, but I didn’t realize how much it would mean to me until it happened.

It means so much to me that there are people out there— you!— who take time out of their day to read my blog and see what Petal is up to. It means so much to me that there are people out there that love Petal, my crazy little sidekick. It means so much to me that there are people out there who understand how incredibly hard it is to lose your heart dog and that those people— you— have been so kind to me and stand by my side.

I want to thank everyone who has ever taken a moment to visit mine and Petal’s and Lassie’s and Ella’s little corner of the internet. Thank you so much for your time, for your kind comments, for your likes, for your advice and for your friendship.

We love you guys!

It’s Share Gratitude week! A blog hop brought to you by Cascadian Nomads, Oz The Terrier, Kitty Cat Chronicles and myself. You are invited to join in anytime throughout the week (the hop is open from the 24th – the 30th) and as often as you’d like (multiple entries are welcome!). You can join in on the fun by blogging about what you’re grateful for, sharing on social media using the hashtag #ShareGratitude or right here in the comments! We would love to know what you are grateful for this holiday season and year round.
